Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't ever order delivery from this place, I received the skinniest pathetic burrito today. Never ordering from here again. Insulting $25 Edit. I went to the contact us website the Chipotle comments on this review to sound like they are being reactive and responsible. It takes me to the general questions page not helpful nor useful.

Delicious meal here but the place was not especially clean. There was no long line and it was not extra busy so I'm surprised that there was nobody cleaning out front of the counter. I found a clean spot and enjoyed my dinner (so thanks for that) Parking was available right out front. The people who work here are friendly and fast. They charge for the Queso Blanco, but is it ever great on the chicken al pastor. !

Used to be my go-to Chipotle that was consistently good but food quality seems to have deteriorated. My family ordered a few bowls the other day and I couldn’t finish mine because it tasted off. The queso also had a weird smell. My dad ended up eating the second bowl that was left yesterday and now has been sick all day today. Don’t think we’ll be returning for a while, unfortunately.

Not for the first time have I gotten stale chips at this Chipotle. For what they charge, and for the fact that the management continues to say that they make a fresh batch every morning, there doesn’t seem to be an excuse for this continued issue. I have brought it up with more than one manager, and it has been such a consistent problem that I have to taste my chips before leaving the establishment every time. I officially just had my last meal from this location. After telling me that I could wait for them to turn the fryer on - which I was happy to do, I ultimately just want decent chips, as I use them for each bite of my burrito bowl, and sue me, I’m pregnant and want what I want - they waited almost 10 minutes of me sitting there to tell me they don’t have any extra chips to fry and would I instead like another bag of chips (from the same stale batch). On the operations side of this, there has GOT to be someone held accountable for implementing a change to the current storage methods. I have never had this issue at any other Chipotle and have been a lover of the chain for over 15 years. I am disappointed to say the least, and will not be wasting my time with this location anymore.

Probably the most inconsistent restaurant I've ever eaten at. Food quality is all over the place. I've returned food and had them remake my order correctly so many times. I don't even get mad anymore. I expect my order to be wrong, so when I get a correct order that actually tastes good and seems to be made with care, I'm pleasantly surprised. This wasn't the case today. My wife brought home today's order, I opened my bowl, saw ingredients I didn't order and missing some that i ordered, put the lid back on and took it back to the restaurant for it to be remedied. Get a remade order, go back home, open it up and gave it a taste, and the rice is extremely undercooked. Why do I still go here?

Staff here is a joke. I only wanted chips and guacamole. Got served the Guac, which even looked questionable...hella brown on top, but they tried to smooth it out so you can't see it. Waited to check out for 10 mins, they weren't even busy, person just left line. Then cashier comes, I ask for my chips, and they go "oh, we don't have any". Literally asked why they wasted my time and I got served, and they just shrugged. Went another time for a bowl, saw them skimping, called em out and said "it was standard". Quarter of a spoon isn't standard bro. A joke.

I thought ordering on the app was the problem since my orders were always terrible here, so today I decided to go in person and saw exactly why. I'm watching this person scrap the bottom of the rice for every rock hard piece stuck to the side instead of moving 10 feet to get more. Mind you it's 7:30 PM and the place is NOT busy. I was annoyed enough, only to come home and realize they didn't seal the side of hot sauce, now it's just a horrible mess inside the bag. Never again, I'll drive as far as needed to avoid this place.
